ShawChicago Benefit: Dear Liar
A one night performance of featuring Richard Henzel as G. Bernard Shaw and Kate Young as Mrs. Patrick Campbell.  This 1960 play by Jerome Kilty is adapted from nearly 40 years of correspondence between Shaw and Mrs. Campbell, the first Eliza Doolittle in Pygmalion.  The play has been described as "a comedy of letters."  The benefit evening supports the operations of ShawChicago, a not-for-profit theater company which presents the works of Shaw and his contemporaries.  The evening includes a wine and hor d'oeuvers reception during intermission.
