Communities Against Rape & Abuse (CARA) is a vibrant grassroots community-organizing project in Seattle that advances a broad agenda for liberation and social justice while prioritizing anti-rape work as the center of our organizing. We use community organizing, critical dialogue, art, and collective action as tools to build safe, peaceful, and sustainable communities.

On April 26th, 2008 we are holding our first silent auction fundraiser, come join in celebrating our 9 years of anti-violence organizing and movement building.

Note: To ensure that all of our supporters can attend this event, we are proud to say that Knights of Columbus is a fully wheelchair accessible space.
