Kundalini yoga and vibrational sound healing workshop

To All My Lovely Friends:

I am offering you something very special this holiday season as a token of my appreciation for our friendship and love. I am so happy to announce that we are hosting a Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Vibrational Sound Healing series with a special guest teacher Sat Jiwan. Sat Jiwan introduced Kundalini Yoga to me over one year ago and taught me so much about cosmic and karmic awareness and healing. She teaches yoga and meditation with so much sweetness, grace and love. The workshop is 90 minutes with the yoga/meditation for 60 minutes and finishing each class with a 30 minute gong and crystal bowl sound healing. Afterwards, we will celebrate our oneness with a delicious cup of hot ...winter chai tea!

Personally, kundalini yoga and teachings from Sat Jiwan have helped clear my chakras and raised my vibrations and consciousness! I want each of you to experience this yogic and meditational heart melody and perhaps this series will bring forth opening in your life as well.

The fee is normally $324 for the series, but you can be a part of it for free as a gift from the Universe! Feel free to bring a friend. You are always welcome to bring a donation to our teacher.
