The feast is on!

Welcome to Food Lust 2012, the seventh annual on-farm gala dinner and benefit for Cascade Harvest Coalition.

If you have a passion for creating change in our local food system and spending a beautiful June evening down on the farm feasting under the stars, then Food Lust is the ticket for you.

Start with a stroll around the grounds, then make your way to the silent auction where you can browse and bid to your heart's content. Indulge in tasty appetizers like oysters from Taylor Shellfish while sipping on select Washington wines, beers and beverages from Pike Brewing Company, Tieton Cider Works, Piccola Cellars and Dry Soda.

Then it's off to the Greenhouse for a legendary Food Lust dinner, starting with artisan cheeses and breads (followed by a multi-course meal, lovingly prepared and presented by a stellar ensemble of equally passionate local farmers, chefs and restaurants including Craig Hetherington/TASTE Restaurant, Seth Caswell/emmer&rye, Mark Bodinet/Copperleaf Restaurant, BJ Duft/Herban Feast & Fresh Bistro.

After dinner, get ready to flash some cash for the live auction, where you will once again be at the charm and mercy of auctioneer Jason "JT" Haynes, affectionately known as "The Mouth of the South."

Live music by New Forge with fresh takes and hot licks on barreling bluegrass, Chicago blues, low-down funk and rock grooves.
