Multiple GABF recognitions, including mid-size brewery of the year 2008.

Founded in 2002 by a couple of homebrewers, this draft-only local juggernaut has worked its way onto most of the local tap lists (often the only non-banal tap amidst a sea of big guys). Known for their hop-forward beers (Manny's, Lucile), they also have an excellent porter and pilsner. Be sure to try the tasting-room-only Superchopp!
