Spring Bellydance Conditioning Series with Fuchsia FoXXX
Let Fuchsia guide you through a gentle yet intensive full body work out. Each week the class will begin with a yoga based warm-up focusing on building a strong core. Practice both endurance and balance while deepening your awareness and mind body connection. You will enjoy a challenging yet non-judgmental and fun atmosphere to move and stretch, gaining fluidity, power, energy and endurance! Come with a yoga mat/ attire and water.
All levels welcome! No previous yoga experience necessary. Come with a yoga mat/ attire and water. This class will challenge students to connect the mind and body. $15 "Drop-In" students.
4 Tuesdays: May 29, June 5, 12, 19 5:30-7pm $56 for the series or $15 drop in
