Farm to Table Dinner with Chef Michael Olshansky
Join us at Lingrow Farm on Saturday, October 17th for Twisted Thistle's final dinner event of the season! Enjoy a unique and unforgettable evening featuring the flavors of fall - squash, root veggies, mustard greens, crisp apples, ripe pears, pastured pork and grass-fed lamb.
Chef Michael "Buzz" Olshansky will prepare a multi-course menu with specially curated wine pairings. The evening will end on a sweet note with dessert by Twisted Thistle's Pastry Chef, Edit Herman.
