All Hopped Up For Water Food & Beer Pairing Dinner

Update: Chef Lucas has decided that the Lomo Saltado will pair much more nicely with Avery Muscat d'Amor so we will be pouring that instead of The Maharaja. Please call us if you have already purchased a ticket and feel that this is a problem in any way.

Join us on 3/22/2012 to celebrate World Water Day with a four course family style food & beer pairing dinner. This dinner is part of our month long collaboration with Water for People, All Hopped Up For Water. A portion of the proceeds from this dinner will be donated to Water for People to aid in ending water poverty. Along with Water for People we are teaming up with Avery Brewing Co., Boulevard Brewing Co., New Belgium Brewing Co. & Victory Brewing Co.

Menu & Beers

Course 1
Sukuma Wiki: A Kenyan dish made from chopped and sauteed kale with onions and tomatoes.
Paired with: Victory Headwaters Pale Ale

Course 2
Sopa de Caracol: Honduran coconut and conch soup.
Paired with: New Belgium Lips of Faith Cocoa Mole

Course 3
Lomo Saltado: Peruvian dish of stir fried marinated beef,tomatoes, onions & peppers served with potatoes.
Paired with: Avery Muscat d'Amor

Course 4
Gulab Jamun: Indian fried dough dessert served with sweet cardamom syrup.
Paired with: Boulevard Smokestack Series Rye on Rye

This is a family style dinner where all attendees will be seated together at a community table. Because of this ticket sales are limited to just 30 attendees.

Gratuity is not included in ticket price.
