Montclair Culinary Academy Whole Life Challenge Cooking Class 7pm - 8:30pm
If you need some inspiration for healthy delicious WLC compliant food this class is for you. Learn how to make a delicious, inspiring WLC compliant dinner that we will then sit down to eat and enjoy.
On arrival you will be served with fruit spritzer and assorted appetizers. You will learn how to make chicken Dijon with fresh herb and shallot sauce with a zucchini quinoa salad. We will also make a baked Flounder Florentine with farm fresh spinach and diced Heirloom tomato served with roasted garlic spaghetti squash. For dessert we will make a raw date and nut bar that is guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth.
