Lamb lovers feast with Chef Robin
Peace river lamb is so tender and so lovely I was completely inspired to build a supper club with it at the pinnacle.
Byob as usual - Classic pairings for lamb are syrah/shiraz or Bordeaux, Liberty wine merchants will give you 10% off if you are coming to a swallow tail supper club.
