Headline: "Art Beats for Life 2012" Join GALLERY / AREA 212 MIAMI in the Wynwood Art District 2407 NW 2nd Avenue Miami FL 33127 for a music and art event to fight cancer, a benefit for the American Cancer Society in support of the upcoming Relay for Life of Brickell/Downtown.
Featuring a line-up of International DJs headlining Miami's own DJ Producer Jason Perez and Gallery 212 Miami's A-List roster of artists, designers, collectors and enthusiasts, alongside members of the industry and community who are all joining forces with the AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY to fight cancer in a fun, laid back, cultural, and engaging way. Listen to some of the best in the industry during Winter Music Conference. These artists have volunteered their talent to this event because they feel very strongly about the fight against cancer. Complimentary drinks and food provided, guests will be immersed in the art and dynamic environment of Gallery 212 Miami.

WANT TO JOIN IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CANCER? Did you know that two-thirds of all cancer is preventable, yet 1.4 million Americans are diagnosed with cancer each year? The American Cancer Society is dedicated to educating the community about early detection and the prevention of cancer.
"Art Beats for Life" is an event in support of the upcoming "Relay for Life". Both are imperative to raise funds for the American Cancer society to support patient services, research, education and advocacy. With the help of dedicated volunteers, donors and supporters, the ACS has been able to strengthen patient services by offering programs like Road to Recovery, where patients are driven to their treatments. The ACS continues to fund more research than ANY OTHER organization, second only to the US government, funding 44 Nobel Prize winners and thousands of researchers who are saving lives with their daily discoveries. The American Cancer Society continues to educate the community with early detection and prevention programs. Their advocacy efforts are outstanding as they advocate for laws that will assure that the government continues its research and work towards a cure!
"Art Beats for Life" at Gallery 212 Miami will provide an informational, fundraising and inspirational platform that will also be in anticipation of the upcoming "Relay for Life" where groups can form Relay for Life Teams, become corporate sponsors, or sign up to attend the American Cancer Society of Brickell/Downtown "Relay for Life" which will take place in April, 2012 at Miami Dade College - Wolfson Campus. Together, colleagues, friends and families can volunteer to make a difference in the fight against cancer. Please join in the commitment to fight against cancer!
