Central Kitchen Preview Dinner
On Monday April 2nd and April 9th, join us for 2 exclusive preview dinners of the upcoming Central Kitchen. Chef Thomas McNaughton and Michael Gaines are creating an 8-course tasting menu that highlights the flavors of Northern California. Both chefs will be cooking tableside. They will talking about the concept, food and inspiration behind Central Kitchen.
1 seating available at 7 PM. Fourteen seats available in each. The eight-course dinner, with wine pairings, is priced at $275 (INCLUSIVE OF GRATUITY).
When: Monday, April 2nd and April 9th.
Where: flour + water's Dough Room, 2401 Harrison Street
Capacity: 12 guests per dinner
Cost: $275 per person, Inclusive of Gratuity
