Zanni Weekend Intensive

Come join Faction of Fools' Artistic Associate Toby Mulford for a weekend intensive focusing on Zanni. Examine and explore the the lives, the movements, and steps of the servant characters in Commedia dell'Arte. Join us for two fun-filled days filled with zany adventures and rigorous study, culminating in a series of improvised scenarios and lazzi.
Mulford holds an MFA in ensemble-based physical theater from the Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theatre and has also studied with Antonio Fava and with faculty from the Moscow Art Theatre School. He recently earned rave reviews in Faction's A Commedia Romeo and Juliet, appearing as the Nurse, Paris, Sampson, and Benvolio.
