On My Block: Two Natures at War
On March 1, 2012 Fashion Club of Seattle University will host their fifth annual "On My Block" Fashion Show. Like past years, "On My Block: Two Natures at War" is set to be another exceptional production. Taking its inspiration from freedom and individuality, this fashion show ventures into the essence of opposing yet cohesive forces, both contrasting and collaborative within each individual. Personalities are incredibly unique; their effortless subtlety and their intense passion will find freedom in expression in this year's runway show.
The show itself has grown into a Seattle affair, utilizing the talent and hard work of students, designs from local labels, and sponsorship from businesses such as Habitude Salon. All proceeds are donated to the Seattle Chapter of Dress for Success.
