Suzanne Clément and Paloma Kwiatkowski deliver stunning, sensational performances in this feature debut by Ana Valine. Marlene and Sammie Bell are a mother-daughter con artist duo on a dangerous downward spiral, caught up in one another's love and addiction. Marlene, wild and unreliable, spends her days drinking and waiting for deliverance, all the while her daughter has to decide between making her own path or getting trapped in the fever dream of her mother's delirium.
