Join Charles Scicolone, renowned wine sommelier and author of Pizza! Any Way You Slice It and Louis Coluccio, third generation at famed Brooklyn specialty food store D. Coluccio and Sons and the rest of The Pizza Society as we dine at Forcella.
Forcella Bowery is one of the most talked about openings this year, and for good reason. Quality ingredients, a double certified pizza master, and the best fried pizza in town make for a unique dinning experience.
Charles and Louis will lead us through a five course pizza eating frenzy, some traditional favorites, others modern twist. Charles will pair the foods with wines from Banfi Vinters.
