Trenchermen Pop-Up

Brothers and chefs Michael (Blackbird, wd~50) and Patrick Sheerin (Signature Room, Everest) along with owners Matt Eisler and Kevin Heisner, are sharing the love this Valentine's Day with an exclusive Trenchermen pop-up at Logan Square Kitchen. Set to open in March, Trenchermen aims to integrate the best of both casual and fine dining experiences with a menu of familiar flavors presented in an unexpected manner.

The pop-up will feature a five course tasting menu with beer, wine and cocktail pairings by Trenchermen Beverage Director, Tona Palomino (wd~50) and will be a chance to preview dishes from the highly anticipated restaurant.

Tickets are available for $120/per person and include five-course food and beverage pairings, tax and gratuity. A cash bar will also be available for patrons that want a drink before or after dinner.

Menu includes:
Pickle tot, chicken bonito, scallion
Ricotta and sake lees agnolotti, butternut squash miso, smoked pickled grapes
Scallops, oyster avgolemeno, egg yolk, bamboo rice
Aged duck breast, cornbread, yuzu apple sauce
Coffee cake, fried chocolate, tofu chai ice cream

Drink pairings will include beer, wine, sake and cocktails such as:

Baby Momma
Damiana, Yuzu, Tonic

Slippery Slope
Rye, Cynar, Cherry Heering

Para Todo Bien
Mezcal, Yellow Chartreuse, Pineapple
