Cook Like an Iron Chef - Pickling
Join the Saguaro and Garces Restaurant Group for our new series of cooking classes. Every other month we will teach you recipes by our very own Iron Chef, Jose Garces. This month is pickling. We'll teach you how to make our famous pickled cauliflower, beets and tomatoes. The class will include all ingredients, tools and techniques to make your own jars of pickled veggies, which would be perfect to serve at your super bowl parties! You also get to enjoy a cocktail or beer and bragging rights for your new Iron Chef like culinary skills!
