2015 City Bus Tour

Tour buses feature a trained and licensed tour guide who will narrate the trip as our bus travels through:
the historic homes of Uptown.
the museum sector in the Warehouse District, which includes the National World War II museum, the Contemporary Arts Center, the Ogden Museum of Southern Art, among others.
the French Quarter, including the oldest cemetery in New Orleans where you will learn about our different burial practices and Voodoo.
the areas around the French Quarter including the Marigny, with its music scene and the oldest black neighborhood, Treme.
Mid-City's beautiful City Park, home to the New Orleans Museum of Art.
the University area of Uptown, the area surrounding Tulane's Uptown campus.
Coffee/ drink and beignets are included with your admission.
Please note:
*** If you are registering for yourself and your dependents, you must come to the OISS Office to sign-up for the event in person.***
Downtown buses will arrive at Deming at 9:15 a.m. and leave for Uptown at 9:30 a.m.
Uptown buses will arrive in front of the library on Freret St. at 9:30 a.m. and all buses will leave at 10:00 a.m.
