Season Kickoff Concert with Pulse Dance Company
Join in on the behind-the-scenes fun, and be the first to experience works-in-progress, as the charismatic team of Pulse dancers reveal the aesthetic and performance line-up of their 2015-2016 season. Stay to partake in the post-performance dance party.
This electric evening will serve as a fundraiser for the company's upcoming season, aims to make the creative process accessible to the community, and celebrates local dance.
Admission includes:
---> 8:00 pm performances feat. the premiere of four new works by choreographers Stephanie Wonchala (Pulse), Josh Murry (BodyVox) and Barry Kerollis (Pacific Northwest Ballet).
---> Exciting guest performances by local artists, including the highly entertaining Artistic Drift hip hop crew.
---> A decadent spread of apéritifs and appetizers, with catering by Snow City Cafe and wine and beer courtesy of La Bodega.
---> Your chance to win fantastic silent auction items.
---> After party to the tunes of DJ Jacob Mattie.
It's THE fête of the fall. Come eat, drink, and be merry; connect with the company personally and become an integral, valuable contributor to Anchorage arts & culture.
SPACE IS LIMITED for this exclusive event. Any remaining tickets will be available at the door for $40.
Doors open at 7:30, season sneak peek begins at 8:00.
