Emcee "It's Mark Mitchell" is returning to CoCA to judge our costume contest @ midnight. He's a ruthless gentleman and a brawler. Prizes will be awarded in a number of categories. So whether your style is funny or gross, sexy or scary be sure to make it impressive, Mark Mitchell will be watching!
