BALLE Business Basics Presents: Lawyers + Local Business How to Work Smart, From the Start

As part of it's new series of workshops for helping Seattle business owners, BALLE Seattle brings you an evening workshop on business organizational structures. Local attorney, Jon Kroman of Garvey Schubert Barer, will present on the pros & cons of different business organizational structures, and other places in a business' life where lawyers can be useful.

This rare and intimate opportunity to learn from an expert in organizational structure will include a presentation, Q&A, and roundtable discussion. Refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be served.

About Jon Kroman, Owner, Garvey Schubert Barer
Mr. Kroman has been in practice since 1982 and has been an owner in the firm since 1988. He focuses his practice on business organization and finance. He has counseled a broad spectrum of clients, including software developers, seafood companies, medical device manufacturers, suppliers of security products, telecommunications companies, and healthcare providers. Along with his work as general corporate counsel to a number of companies and organizations, Mr. Kroman has represented clients in a wide variety of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity placements, tax-exempt and other debt financings, the licensing of intellectual property, partnerships, limited liability company and other joint ventures.
