eco-Volunteer @ Hillsborough River State Park
Even though this event is FREE, please click the "I WISH TO BUY A TICKET".
Help restore wildlife habitat by removal of old park building materials in an effort to restore the pristine nature of public lands for people to enjoy.
The work will be light to moderate. No special skills required. Please bring your snack, gloves, sunscreen, bug spray and a refillable water bottle, and please wear a hat, long pants and sturdy shoes. We will be working in the woods. Restrooms are available. Please park vehicle transportation at parking lot #3.
Hillsborough River State Park, Polk County, FL. Free park entrance for the day. Participants are welcome to explore and enjoy the parks' many activities after their service. More park information is available at http://www.floridastateparks.org/hillsboroughriver/default.cfm
