Feast on tasty live vegan cuisine like you may never have tasted before. "This is raw?" might be your reaction to many of the menu selections.
This is an interactive dining experience, the low price is reflective of our request that you taste our food and provide feedback. Your comments will be recorded on our survey cards and reflected in our future menus.
There will be enough food for you to try a little of everything and then go back and get more of your favorites.
The food will be served buffet style so that you can see the variety and talk directly with the chefs as they serve you. Then, take your selections back to your seat and dine amongst friends on fine linen, in an atmosphere decorated in simple elegance. Stroll the garden patio just off the dining room as you consider your favorite dishes.
Our tentative menu includes but is not limited to;
Desserts; Chocolate Decadence, Raw Nirvana, Raw Ecstasy, Fruit Cobbler, Cheesecake
Soups; Fennel, Gazpacho, Red Pepper Bisque
Salads; Chop Suey, Caesar, Thai
Entrees; The "Best" Pizza Ever!, Seasonal Loaf with pecan gravy and Cauli-taters, Saag Paneer with Naan, Spaghetti Marinara, Spaghetti Alfredo, Coconut curry with rutabaga rice, White Pesto.
Desserts; Chocolate Decadence, Raw Nirvana, Raw Ecstasy, Fruit Cobbler, Cheesecake.
