Healing Tooth Decay, by Ramiel Nagel
Are you tired of drilling and filling cavities? Wondering if there's a better way to approach dental decay? Can teeth really heal?

Five years ago my young daughter's teeth started to crumble apart. Rather than subject her to painful dental treatments, I sought to find what really causes tooth cavities. Using the research of Dr. Weston A. Price, Dr. Melvin Page, and others, I developed a program that really works to halt and reverse dental decay.

Now, my daughter's teeth are strong and resilient. Likewise, my own teeth are firm with no sensitivity, even though I also had developed cavities. Our teeth remineralized naturally with changes in diet.

Learn how to immediately reduce your cavity rate by at least 40%! We will discuss why we have tooth decay in our modern civilization, and what you can do about it. The talk will include a particular focus on types of foods as well as food preparation guidelines from beginner to intermediate, to guide participants in obtaining improved tooth health with optimal nutrition. You can heal your teeth!

Ramiel Nagel is an internationally published author whose tooth decay research has been featured in Nexus Magazine and the Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients. Nagel has a BA from the University of California and has ten years of training in emotional health care.

History and Use of Cod Liver Oil, by David Wetzel
Many of the great historical cultures had one sacred food which they relied on to ensure strong mind, body, and spirit: fermented fish or fish liver oil. The mighty Roman soldier was given a daily ration of fermented fish oil. The stoic Scandinavian Viking had a drum of fermenting cod livers outside the door of his home. Grandma always had a bottle of cod liver oil in the back cupboard.

This talk will present the historical character and use of fish oils from biblical times to present day. We'll outline some lessons learned in the experience of bringing traditional, fermented cod liver oil to market, and describe the variety of tests available to evaluate the nutritional composition of cod liver oil. We'll also discuss some of the challenges associated with attempting to put a historical food into today's label requirements and drug-like language typically associated with present day cod liver oil. Insights shared will hopefully lead to a greater appreciation of this sacred food.

Dave Wetzel is owner of Green Pasture Products, a family owned business started by him and his wife in 2000. Their business focus is to provide high-quality sacred-food oils just as they were made prior to the industrialized food and farming revolution.

Could Food Sensitivities and Leaky Gut Be Making You Sick? by Liz Lipski
What do these conditions have in common? Irritable Bowel Syndrome, migraines, depression, arthritis, auto-immune illnesses, poor memory, indigestion, recurrent infections, autism, eczema,  arthritis...
The root cause of ALL of these conditions could be leaky gut and food sensitivities!

The small intestine has a dual role: to absorb nutrients and to keep toxins and microbes out.  With our fast paced lives, this barrier can become "leaky," allowing undigested food molecules, microbes and toxins into your blood stream. This can easily lead to the development of food and environmental sensitivities.

Come learn about how you can detect and heal leaky gut.  Receive information on nutritional approaches that can help you unwind your food sensitivities and start feeling better in just a few weeks. Discover your path to vibrant health!

Liz Lipski, PhD, CCN, CHN, is board certified in Clinical Nutrition & Holistic Nutrition. Liz's focus in her work has lately been in the area of functional nutrition and whole foods nutrition, with a specialty in digestive health and immune health. She is the author of "Digestive Wellness" (now in its 4th edition), & "Digestive Wellness for Children."
