Art of the Pie: Holiday Pies
A demonstration of delicious pies for your holiday celebrations. Demonstrated will be the Art of the Pie crust, three pies including cranberry, pumpkin filling and a surprise. You will see techniques for rolling and finishing a pie. Vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free options will be discussed. Plenty of time for questions as you enjoy pie and champagne.
