Carrie Lafferty Workshop: 20th Annual Women of Wisdom Conference
Awakening To Interconnection ~ Embodied Spiral Wisdom
The world we live in and the world that lives in us are both undergoing a radical shift in consciousness. We are becoming conscious of our vibrant and dynamic spiral interconnection to all. The spiral lives everywhere: from seashell, to galaxy, to our DNA, and as our inner moving world of sensation. We will access our spiral wisdom through awareness of movement and stillness practices based in Meditation, Qi Gong, Feldenkrais and Nature Based Shamanism. Experience simple, yet powerful practices to access and embody your unique internal spiral connection, which keeps interconnectedness wisdom alive and evolving for life!
Carrie Lafferty has been in the healing arts exploring her own inner world and guiding others to do the same for over 26 years. She received her BS in Physical Therapy in 1985, Feldenkrais Certification in 1994, Qi Gong Master program with Ling Gui International Healing Qi Gong School in 2010 and has studied core shamanism with Michael Harner, Nicki Scully and indigenous shamans in Guatemala, Mexico, China & Tibet. She has maintained a Vipassana based mindfulness meditation practice for over 15 years. Carrie has a healing practice in Seattle which focuses on awareness based practices for connecting to your own inner healer and guide. http://movementfromwithin.net

All workshops are at North Seattle Community College and parking is free. Special evening events are held at Seattle First Baptist Church.
Men are invited to attend the evening events - Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Feb. 16th-18th, and workshops on Sunday, Feb. 20th from 7:00 - 10:00pm. All other events are women only.
Registration will be available on site during the conference. Many workshops will still have space available, and evening events will have tickets available at the door. If any events are sold out we will list that here, or on voice mail, 206-782-3363. It's best to come to the conference and find out what's available.
