Erica Rayner-Horn Workshop: 20th Annual Women of Wisdom Conference

Erica Rayner-Horn, MA, L.M.H.C. is a mindfulness-based psychotherapist in private practice in Seattle. She is passionate about teaching mindfulness as an extremely effective way to find an inner refuge of stillness and sanity in these turbulent times. Erica has taught and presented at local hospitals, cancer support groups and the University of Washington, and is an instructor of the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course. Drawing on more than 30 years of meditation training and practice, Erica skillfully guides you in discovering how to reduce stress and live a healthier, more relaxed and peaceful life. All workshops are at North Seattle Community College and parking is free. Special evening events are held at Seattle First Baptist Church.
Men are invited to attend the evening events - Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Feb. 16th-18th, and workshops on Sunday, Feb. 20th from 7:00 - 10:00pm. All other events are women only.
Registration will be available on site during the conference. Many workshops will still have space available, and evening events will have tickets available at the door. If any events are sold out we will list that here, or on voice mail, 206-782-3363. It's best to come to the conference and find out what's available.
