Veteran actor Judd Hirsch, star of the Film Festival movie, "Brother's Shadow," will meet guests at a gala champagne reception at San Jose's Fairmont Hotel.He will also participate in a short program, moderated by KRON TV Film Critic Jan Wahl entitled, "A Conversation with Judd Hirsch." The champagne reception, including scrumptious hors d'oeuvres, is an opportunity to meet the actor, up close and personal, welcome him to San Jose, and learn about his colorful and varied career. Judd Hirsch starred in "Taxi," which earned him two Emmy Awards. He was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for the hit film "Ordinary People," and he had a leading role in "Independence Day." Judd Hirsch is currently an actor on the CBS show "Numb3ers." He also has numerous Broadway and theater credits to his name.
