Join chef and seafood advocate Becky Selengut as she cooks from her book Good Fish: Sustainable Seafood Recipes from the Pacific Coast. A renowned writer and cooking instructor, Becky provides home chefs with everything they need to know about preparing meals that satisfy their stomach as well as their peace of mind with wit and humor. Becky will demo and sample two cherished family recipes: "Dad's Sardines on Crackers with Drunken Currants and Caramelized Onions" as well as "Potato and Beet Latkes with Horseradish Sour Cream and Caviar". And of course Becky will sign copies of her must-have book during the event.
