ReAct is delighted to present the Seattle Premiere of this recent Off-Broadway success from Richard Greenberg, the Tony-Award winning creator of TAKE ME OUT, THREE DAYS OF RAIN, and EASTERN STANDARD. Set in 1919 New York, a fledgling young book publisher struggles to choose between printing either his secret lover's memoir or his best friend's novel. His decision is complicated by the arrival of a mysterious machine with the ability to predict the future. Don't miss this luminous and bewitching new play. Directed by David Hsieh, THE VIOLET HOUR stars Emjoy Gavino, Jeffrey Grimm, Andrew Peterson, ShawnJ West and Amber Wolfe. The Richard Hugo House is air-conditioned and located just north of the corner of 11th & Pine on Seattle's Capitol Hill. Parking is available throughout the neighborhood or in the venue parking lot behind the building.
