Maria My Love

Reeling from the loss of her mother, Ana (Judy Marte from HHM 2010 film "X's and O's") tries to ignore her grief by helping an eccentric older woman (Karen Black "Five Easy Pieces") organize her life. She soon realizes that she needs to accept her limitations, as well as the complicated lives of her altruistic boyfriend (Brian Rieger) and her competitive sister (Lauren Fales). This tender drama examines the space we need from others and the spaces we need to share. This is Producer Jennifer Glynn's 2nd film at HHM. She visited HHM in 2009 with festival favorite and opener "Timer".
