12:00: tasting of Yolo County Olive Oils and an aperitif
12:30: Lunch Under the Olive Trees with Short Presentations from Special Guests - Sal Genito, Director of the UC Davis Division of Buildings and Grounds on UC Davis Olive Oil - Paul Vossen, UC Davis Cooperative Extensioin Advisor & Sensory Expert on the Yolo County Fair's Annual Olive Oil Competition
