present a Pre-Harvest Tour and Feast
at the Historic Wolfskill Ranch in Winters

Event Schedule

10:30: tour with Vito Polito, Professor Plant Science Department, UC Davis or
Dan Flynn, Manager, UC Davis Olive Oil Project

12:00: tasting of Yolo County Olive Oils and an aperitif

12:30: Lunch Under the Olive Trees with Short Presentations from Special Guests  - Sal Genito, Director of the UC Davis Division of Buildings and Grounds on UC Davis Olive Oil  - Paul Vossen, UC Davis Cooperative Extensioin Advisor & Sensory Expert on the Yolo County Fair's Annual Olive Oil Competition

Tickets:
$65 per person for Slow Food Members
