Cider Breakfast in the Orchard

Join cider makers and cider enthusiasts at Alpenfire Organic Hard Cider's Cider Breakfast in the Orchard.
On Sunday, August 9th at 10:00, the morning after Port Townsend's Summer Cider Day.
A Ploughman's style breakfast will be served in the orchard similar to what one might enjoy in traditional European cider country. Pane de Amore breads, potatoes sauteed with peppers and onions, cider baked beans, pickled eggs, cured meats and piles of fresh fruit.
The feast will be accompanied by pomosas (mimosas made with cider) and samples of attending cider makers favorite ciders.
This will be a great opportunity for in depth tasting and discussion regarding the whys and wherefores of the development of individual cider styles.
