The award-winning Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra (SRJO) presents another of its highly popular "Jazz4Kids Concerts" on Saturday, October 29, 2011 (4:30 PM) in the Illsley Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall at Benaroya Hall. The SRJO's Jazz4Kids Concerts are one-hour matinee performances without an intermission, presented in fine concert halls.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS EVENT WILL BE FILMED FOR USE IN A DOCUMENTARY THAT THE SRJO WILL USE FOR A VARIETY OF FUND RAISING PURPOSES. BY PURCHASING TICKETS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALLOW IMAGES OF YOU OR A CHILD YOU ARE ACCOMPANYING TO APPEAR IN OUR DOCUMENTARY FILM. YOU MUST ACCEPT THIS POLICY WHEN ORDERING TICKETS.

SRJO Jazz4Kids concerts include a hands-on "petting zoo" instrument display (in the lobby beginning at 3:45 PM), instrument demonstrations, and questions from the audience for artistic directors Clarence Acox and Michael Brockman.

You can print your tickets for the Jazz4Kids concert at home. Tickets are provided for a charge of $1.00 per seat (ticket price = $.01, plus a service charge of $.99). The concert is open to all kids, high school age and younger, plus any parents, grandparents, teachers, or youth group leaders accompanying them. Ticket blocks are also available to schools and community youth groups. Jazz4Kids concerts traditionally sell out. So, it is highly recommended that people interested in attending the concert obtain tickets in advance to ensure seating.

The Oct. 29th concert will include pieces selected from main stage "An Evening with Ol' Blue Eyes: Tribute to Frank Sinatra" concert that the SRJO is presenting on Saturday night.
