Taylor Shellfish Dungeness Crab Cracking Demo and Crab Feed
Using Taylor's exclusive custom crab cracking tool,
James Beard Award Winner and SAVEUR Contributing Editor,
Jon Rowley, will share his nifty techniques for cleaning and cracking Dungeness crab so meat segments come out intact and no mess! Participants will learn how to set up and enjoy a convivial Northwest crab feed including beverage pairing. You will be amazed how easy and fun it can be to eat crab.
8 Person Limit. $20 per person includes 1/2 crab, crab bib and glass of wine or beer.
