Red Bucket Dance Theatre: "The Collection"
Red Bucket Dance Theatre proudly presents "The Collection" at the 24th Street Theatre at Sierra 2 Community Center in Sacramento on October 7th-8th at 7:30pm and October 9th at 2pm. Part of Red Bucket Dance Theatre's vision is to nourish the creative development and artistic expression of local choreographers and dancers. The Collection features works from local choreographers Stefan Calka of Sacramento Ballet, Mills College MFA graduate Katie Michelle Rogers, CSUS graduate,and Lorelei Bayne of Lorelei Bayne/Projects. Also, it includes "Temptation" a new work by Red Bucket's Co-Artistic Director Nolan T'Sani (due to some nudity, parental guidance is advised), as well as re-workings of earlier pieces by Red Bucket's Co-Artistic Director Lisa Ross and company members Melisa V. Cervantes and Leandro Damasco Jr. Q&A with these gifted choreographers will conclude the opening night October 7th. Join us for an evening of diverse works showcasing Red Bucket Dance Theatre's second season talent under the artistic direction of Lisa Ross and Nolan T'Sani.
