Hearts tend to make mischief when they are touched by love in The Summer Before the Summer of Love and neither sun nor stars can help the afflicted in this tender romance. Theater Schmeater's production of Scot Augustson's newest play is a World Premiere.
Directed by William Cole, The Summer Before the Summer of Love began life as a 10-minute play at the 14/48 Theater Festival. In its first full length production it offers a talented cast that includes John Gonzalez, Chris Haddad, Bill Higham, David Kulcsar, and Liz Moisan. Set design is also by William Cole, with lighting by Chrystian Shepperd, costumes by Julia Evanovich, and sound design by Jason Gorgen.
