Join Chris Adams on Thursday August 25th 9PM at The Art Theatre of Long Beach for a great night of comedy along with some of the best comics in LA: Jerry Brandt, Dan Reutter, and Matt Claybrooks.
Chris Adams has been performing stand-up comedy for 8 years at clubs in and out of LA. He has been on TV for 2 seconds, twice! So, 4 seconds. He honed what he found funny and developed a style that was laid back and at times energetic. Able to see funny in mundane and ridiculous events that happen in his life he brings a story element to his performance and takes the audience on a journey. With a unique perspective on life that only he can have, Chris both delights and makes audiences howl with laughter
In 2003 Chris got his start when a friend told him he should try stand- up. After performing his first set at a coffee shop that also cut hair, he was hooked and he has been performing ever since. In college he produced and created a hit stand up show that the students looked forward to every semester. After that he took his show to The Hollywood Improv and had a year long run that was a success.
He performs weekly on The Drinking Buddies Radio Show at CSULB that has had great comedians as guests including: Adam Carolla, The Wayans Brothers, Christopher Titus, Tommy Davidson, Charlie Murphy, Judy Tenuta, Kevin Hart, Marc Maron, Paul Provenza, and Dana Gould.
