Fran Costigan, the Queen of Vegan Baking, will demonstrate baking without eggs or dairy and will talk to you about natural products that will give you excellent results. Award-winning pastry chef and instructor Michelle Tampakis has the answers for superb baking without gluten. Watch as the experts demonstrate and then taste their products. There will be time for Q&A and refreshments will be served.
