LUCO: 2011-2012 Season

Town Hall
Seattle, WA

Lake Union Civic Orchestra 2011-2012 Season
Christophe Chagnard, Conductor

Dear friends of LUCO!
With a plethora of entertainment choices at your disposal, why is LUCO well worth your precious time?  Having been at the helm of this unique orchestra for 11 years and counting, I can answer unequivocally: LUCO knows how to get to the emotional heart of music and move its audience.  I could describe in details how this is achieved but I will summarize my conviction in the knowledge of the radiant collective spirit by LUCO's dedicated members.  The is a distinct and rare congeniality and passion in this orchestra that translates into great fulfillment at rehearsals and concerts alike.  Community orchestras are, by their very essence, driven by love of music.  Pure and simple.  It is the combination of these precious attributes that make an evening at a LUCO concert enriching and deeply satisfying.  LUCO is the musical voice of your community.  Come, listen and be moved!
