QUILTERS provides the audience with an opportunity to get acquainted with the lives of the pioneer women who settled the prairies. Their strength, humor, faith and creativity is presented in scenes and lively folk-like musical numbers. ASTER's production features a larger than usual cast of singers age 14 to 60+ along with hammered dulcimer, fiddle and other folk music.
