This month, CULTUREfix offered guests to try a free dish of squid stuffed with spiced ground beef, chorizo, golden raisin and pistachio served with pickled nectarines and poppy seeds. Guests filled out a comment card for us to develop a theme off of. Below is the winner's response and some clues to what guests will be tasting, smelling and seeing on July 26. Question:

My parents are in town visiting! I love culturefix for a great happy hour deal AND the food is always amazing. What is included in the dinner event? Is it parent/visitor friendly? Looking forward to your response :)

Answer:

Hey, thanks so much for the inquiry. First, it is absolutely parent friendly. Our guests range from foodies in their early 20s to our 65 year old regulars. This month we are serving 5 to 6 larger tasting portions. There is a beverage pairing that can be purchased for 25 dollars or you can order beverage a la carte. It is absolutely fine dining quality and we have researched our prices in relation to other fine dining tasting menus and our value blows them all out of the water.
