This recently restored historic mill is the only working water-powered grist mill in California, and it is also one of the State Parks slated to close. NVSPA is trying to keep the Bale Grist Mill open. All proceeds from this event will go towards this.
This enchanting event features dinner served outside by the historic mill, under the towering oaks. All food served will be locally grown or raised, including bread from the grain milled at the mill. Silverado Brewing Company will be preparing this Napa Valley Slow Food event. Local wines, beer, and whiskey will also be served.
