drummer Joe La Barbera Quintet
Joe LaBarbera is quite simply everybody's favorite drummer and not just because he is a really nice guy (although that doesn't hurt). This time, in true "Joe fashion," he was anxious for an opportunity to play with one of his favorite musicians, trumpeter Clay Jenkins, who will be visiting from New York. Everything fell into place with the addition of monster saxophonist Bob Sheppard, rock solid bassist Tom Warrington and finally the young Mr. Gerald Clayton on piano This will be some kind of wonderful night of music!!
