PORK OF JULY
Please join us for another Bloodhound Butchery demonstration with Taylor Boetticher from Fatted Calf. He will carefully breakdown a 125lb Red Wattle Hog from Walnut Keep. It will be grilled and served Vietnamese style!
Sides will include:
-Little muffalettas with olive relish, mortadella and sopressata
-Grilled pancetta-wrapped peaches with basil and pimento d'esplette
-Basque sausage and Padron pepper pintxos
-Spicy pork jerky on the bar
-Bourbon brown sugar ice cream from three twins, served with Fatted Calf bacon brittle
-Specialty Bloodhound infused cocktail.
