Genoa/Accanto: David Anderson & Daniel Mondok's Portland Food Adventure
A unique opportunity to get up close and personal with the amazing culinary team of David Anderson & Daniel Mondok at two places in one night! You'll start off with a welcome of one course and wine at Accanto--a slice of Italian café life on the corner of SE 28th. Accanto is a casual enoteca with a strong emphasis on local, seasonal ingredients and soulful Italian cooking.
Then you'll walk next door to one of Portland's finest and legendary restaurants, Genoa, for another five courses and wine. Genoa maintains its remarkable tradition of world-class food served in a cozy and unpretentious atmosphere serving traditional Italian food expertly prepared with the finest ingredients, and served with warmth and grace.
This event is limited to 18 guests, so don't hesitate! Our last adventure at DOC had more seats, and sold out a week before the event!
As is the case with all Portland Food Adventures, chef David and Daniel share some of their favorites in Portland and the surrounding area--the places they love to go to eat and drink.
