The key outcomes for this workshop is to help youth leaders,parents,educators,mentors and community become better equipped to work with gang involved or at-risk you.
Identify primary risk factors for gang affiliation
Remove stereotypes and gain a true understanding of gang culture
Develop effective techniques and strategies to work with gang affiliated youth
Identify the roles of parents and guardians have in encouraging/discouraging gang connections
