TakeOut - A New Context for Connecting
A gay community social event revolving around food. TakeOut incorporates gay people, organizations, and an interesting social space in a unique way. This event speaks to those who are ready for something more from the gay social scene. Whether you like to have a good time but are getting bored with bars, or like good conversation but have felt out of place in a discussion group, or are just someone who enjoys trying out new things, Takeout is an event you won't want to miss.
Set in a 5,000 sq foot NYC style loft just off of Broadway, the evening will include music and dinner provided by a variety of local restaurants. Sit down and break bread with an eclectic bunch of queer folk in a playful, positive, environment. Watch a gay chef cooking something up in front of you, or wander around to explore some of the awesome LGBT projects and resources represented at the event.
