Slow Food - A Sustainable Seafood Salon & Feast
Seafood Salon at the UC Davis Bodega Marine Lab - 1:00-4:30pm. Join a panel of seafood industry experts and stakeholders discussing how to achieve sustainability within the oceans'ecosystems. Enjoy samples of sustainable seafood creations and local wines.
Sustainable Seafood Feast at Seaweed Cafe - 6:00-9:00pm. Celebrate the bounty that our local coastal waters offer at this feast prepared by Chefs Jackie Martine and Melinda Montanye, owners of the Seaweed Cafe in Bodega Bay. The 4-course meal will feature local wines and local seafood favorites.
Please note: there will be a small ticketing fee added to the cost of your ticket.
